Account & Accessibility

Your account settings are personal to you and travel with you across every workspace you belong to, unlike workspace settings, which are shared by your whole team. Open them from the account menu in the bottom-left of the sidebar: click your name, then Account.

Profile

The Profile tab is where you manage your identity:

  • Name: your display name, shown to teammates in the Inbox, on assignments, and in audit logs.
  • Email addresses: add or remove email addresses and verify new ones with a confirmation code.
  • Connected accounts: link or unlink social sign-in providers so you can log in with them.

Security

The Security tab keeps your sign-in safe:

  • Password: set or change your password.
  • Active sessions: review the devices and browsers signed in to your account, and sign out other sessions in one click if something looks wrong.
  • Suspicious sign-in alerts: receive an email when a sign-in uses both an unfamiliar browser or device and an unfamiliar network.

Accessibility

The Accessibility tab lets you tailor how Cloudax Connect looks and behaves to suit your needs. Your choices are remembered per browser, and you can hit Reset to defaults at any time to clear every override.

Appearance

Choose how the interface is themed:

  • Light and Dark: the standard themes.
  • System: automatically follows your operating system's light/dark preference.
  • High contrast: a high-contrast palette for maximum legibility. Cloudax Connect also respects your OS forced-colours and prefers-contrast settings.

Text size

Increase the base font size used across the app; choose Normal, Large, or Extra large.

Vision

  • Always underline links: keeps links underlined so they are easy to spot without relying on colour.
  • Dyslexia-friendly font: switches to a more readable typeface designed for dyslexic readers.
  • Reduce transparency: disables backdrop-blur effects on menus, popovers, and overlays. Follows your system setting by default.

Motion

Reduce motion minimises animations, transitions, and parallax effects throughout the app. By default Cloudax Connect follows your operating system's reduced-motion setting; toggling the switch records an explicit choice for the current browser.

Accessibility statement & feedback

For the full list of what works, what doesn't yet, and how to report a problem, read the accessibility statement. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two working days.

Release notes & What's new

To see what has changed in Cloudax Connect, open the account menu in the bottom-left of the sidebar and choose What's new. This opens the release notes feed, with the newest features and improvements at the top, for example the omnichannel Inbox, web chat agents, and other recent additions. A subtle indicator on the account menu lets you know when there are new entries you haven't seen yet.
