Add-ons
Extend your Cloudax Connect account with optional add-ons. Some add-ons can be purchased immediately through secure self-service checkout; others require activation by the Cloudax team.
Purchasable Add-ons
The following catalogue add-ons can be activated through self-service checkout for eligible workspaces:
API Access
Directly billed Launch, Growth and Enterprise workspaces can add API keys, documented platform API access, developer tools and API controls for £100 per month excluding VAT. This uses a separate monthly subscription, so a workspace does not need to change its core plan.
Campaign Contact Capacity
Growth and Enterprise include 1,000 campaign contacts. Add capacity in recurring blocks of 1,000 from the Add-ons tab or when a campaign reaches its limit. Monthly pricing is graduated from £20 to £5 per additional 1,000 contacts as capacity increases, and annual billing saves 15%. The total workspace limit is shown before confirmation.
Custom or Cloned Voices
Growth workspaces can add custom or cloned voices for £100 per month, £1,020 annually, or £1,920 for two years, excluding VAT.
White Label
Customise the Cloudax Connect platform with your own branding. The White Label add-on includes a custom name, logos and icons, full colour theming, a custom domain, removal of Cloudax branding, custom support and legal links, and branding inherited by sub-accounts. It costs £4,000 per month, £48,000 annually, or £96,000 for two years, excluding VAT. Eligible Enterprise organisations can confirm the purchase online.

Modified Data Retention
Enterprise workspaces can choose a 1, 3 or 6 month Cloudax retention period for interaction content for £500 per month excluding VAT. Identifiable Customer Data is already excluded from model training unless expressly authorised; the paid benefit is the shorter retention period.
Zero Data Retention
Enterprise workspaces can add post-interaction content deletion for £500 per month excluding VAT. Existing in-scope interaction content is permanently purged after explicit confirmation. Minimal usage, payment, timestamp, status, consent, security and audit records remain.

Sales-Managed Add-ons
These Enterprise add-ons require external provisioning and are activated by the Cloudax team rather than purchased through self-serve checkout. Each has a catalogue price of £500 per month excluding VAT; annual and two-year self-serve prices are not offered.
- Enterprise SLA: contracted service-level commitments.
- Uptime guarantee: a managed availability commitment.
- Single sign-on (SSO / SAML): identity-provider setup for workspace members.

Purchasing or Requesting an Add-on
To purchase or request a catalogue add-on, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Billing page
From the sidebar, click Billing to open the billing overview.
Go to the Add-ons tab
Select the Add-ons tab to see the full list of available add-ons and their descriptions.
Choose the add-on you want
For a self-service add-on, choose the available option, review its price and terms, then confirm the charge. For a managed add-on, select Request to notify the Cloudax team.
The team will be in touch
Managed add-ons require the Cloudax team to confirm configuration and activation. Self-service add-ons activate after checkout completes.
Cancelling an Add-on
Manage a self-service add-on from the Billing page or billing portal; the checkout terms show when cancellation takes effect. Contact the Cloudax team to change or cancel a sales-managed add-on, because its effective date follows the agreed arrangement.
The associated functionality is disabled when the cancellation becomes effective.
