Affiliates & Partner Levels

Partner workspaces can refer new customers to Cloudax, earn commission from their paid subscriptions, and unlock additional affiliate and reseller benefits as their annual partner value grows.

Affiliate Programme

Open Resources → Partners → Earn with Cloudax to find your workspace's affiliate link. The link belongs to the workspace, not an individual member, so authorised members of the same partner workspace see and share the same link.

When a visitor follows the link, Cloudax remembers the referral for up to 90 days. If they create a new workspace during that period, that workspace is permanently attributed to your partner workspace.

Commission

You earn affiliate commission on each paid subscription invoice from an attributed workspace for the lifetime of that workspace's account. Commission is calculated on paid Cloudax fees excluding VAT. The rate applied is your affiliate level when the invoice is credited.

Commission becomes available 30 days after the customer's payment. Refunds and other billing adjustments can reduce unpaid commission or be carried forward against future commission.

The dashboard shows:

• Total referred and paying workspaces.
• Commission in its 30-day pending period.
• Commission available to withdraw.
• Withdrawals awaiting approval and commission already paid.
• Lifetime commission across credited and paid invoices.
• A referral list and itemised commission ledger.

Withdraw Commission

Before your first withdrawal, connect a payout account from the Commission withdrawals card and complete the secure account setup. You can return to this card at any time to refresh the account status.

To request a withdrawal:

1. Wait until at least £50 of commission is available.
2. Clear any outstanding negative commission adjustment shown on the dashboard.
3. Select Withdraw. The request includes all commission currently available to withdraw.
4. Wait for approval. After approval, the payment is sent to your connected bank account and its progress appears in withdrawal history.

Manage Payout Details

After connecting a payout account, use the dashboard button beside the withdrawal controls to review transactions and update your bank, business and tax details.

Partner Levels

Affiliate commission is available across the partner programme. The matching reseller discount applies specifically to Current Reseller Partner child-plan purchases. Cloudax assigns each level based on annual partner value, your agreement and performance.

• Registered (up to £5,000): 10% affiliate commission; Current Reseller Partners receive a 10% base-plan discount.
• Authorised (up to £50,000): 12.5% commission or Current Reseller Partner base-plan discount.
• Certified (up to £100,000): 15% commission or Current Reseller Partner base-plan discount.
• Strategic (£100,000+): 17.5% commission or Current Reseller Partner base-plan discount, with no upper value limit.

Affiliate and Reseller Levels

Your affiliate and reseller levels can differ. The affiliate level sets the commission earned from referred workspaces. The reseller level sets the discount applied to eligible Cloudax platform fees for workspaces whose billing you manage.
