White-Label Branding

Customise the platform appearance for your workspace and clients with your own branding. White-label lets you replace Cloudax Connect's default identity with your company's name, colours, logo, and domain, giving your clients a seamless, branded experience.

Enabling White Label

White Label is a £4,000 per month excluding VAT add-on. Eligible organisations with Stripe billing can purchase it from the platform:

  1. Navigate to Billing → Add-ons in your workspace settings.
  2. Locate White-label branding, review the Stripe quote, then select Confirm and pay. Stripe prorates the initial charge and bills the add-on at the same frequency as your subscription.
  3. Once activated, the white-label settings become available in your Partner Dashboard under the White-Label Branding tab.

Available as an add-on

Creating a partner or sub-partner workspace does not purchase White Label. A billing administrator can buy the add-on through Stripe from the workspace's Billing → Add-ons tab.

Branding Options

Once white label is enabled, you can configure the following branding elements. Each option is applied across the platform for your workspace and, unless overridden, for all child workspaces beneath you.

Brand Name

Replace “Cloudax Connect” with your own brand name throughout the entire platform. This affects the sidebar, page titles, email notifications, and any other location where the platform name is displayed. Your clients will see your brand name instead of Cloudax Connect at every touchpoint.

Colours

Customise the primary colour used across the interface. The primary colour is applied to buttons, links, active states, and accent elements. Choose a colour that aligns with your brand identity to create a cohesive look and feel for your users.

Upload your workspace's logo. The logo is displayed in the sidebar navigation and page headers, replacing the default Cloudax Connect logo. For best results, use a transparent PNG or SVG file with a minimum width of 200 pixels.

Alongside your primary (light-mode) logo you can upload a dark-mode logo used automatically when a user is in dark mode; it falls back to the light logo if you leave it blank. You can also provide compact sidebar icons (light and dark square marks) shown in place of the wordmark when the side menu is collapsed; when empty, the wordmark logo is clamped to fit instead.

Favicon

Upload a custom favicon that appears in browser tabs and bookmarks. This small but important detail reinforces your brand identity whenever a user has the platform open. Use a square image (at least 32×32 pixels) in PNG or ICO format.

Secondary & Accent Colours

In addition to the primary colour, set secondary and accent colours to fine-tune the palette. A live preview shows how your primary and secondary colours look on buttons as you adjust them.

Add your own support URL, support email, and support phone, plus terms and privacy URLs and custom footer text, so every touchpoint points your clients back to you rather than to Cloudax.

Hiding Cloudax Branding

White-label partners get two additional switches to hide Cloudax branding (removing the Cloudax name and links across the experience) and hide the Cloudax logo in the UI, for a fully unbranded experience.

Custom Domain

Configure a custom domain for your branded instance of the platform. Instead of accessing the platform at the default Cloudax Connect URL, your users can visit your own domain (e.g. app.yourbrand.com). Domain configuration requires updating your DNS records; detailed instructions are provided in the setup wizard.

Branding Inheritance

Your branding settings cascade automatically to all child workspaces in your hierarchy, including both Sub-Partners and End Clients. This means that when a child workspace logs into the platform, they see your branding by default. In the child's configuration, you can instead select Use default branding to show the standard Cloudax identity.

Inheritance walks the whole hierarchy, not just one level. Each workspace uses the branding of the nearest parent above it that has branding configured. So if a Sub-Partner hasn't set up its own branding, its end clients still inherit your branding from further up the chain, rather than falling back to the default look.

Whenever a workspace (a Sub-Partner with white-label enabled) configures its own branding, those settings take precedence for that workspace and everything beneath it. This lets each tier of the hierarchy keep its own brand identity where needed.

Configuring Branding

There are two places to edit branding. For your own workspace, open the Workspace settings dialog (click the gear icon next to your workspace name in the sidebar) and select the White Label tab, or use the White Label tab on the Partner Dashboard. This is only visible to workspace admins when white label is enabled.

To brand a specific client, open that workspace from the Sub-Partners & Clients tab on the Partner Dashboard and edit the White Label section of its configuration. See Managing Clients.

Changes are saved immediately and take effect the next time a user loads or refreshes the platform. There is no deployment step required for branding updates.
